Experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant for Rapid Growth Company

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant in Bogota, Colombia, Part-time who thrives in dynamic environments, is passionate about building great teams, and brings proven experience to help shape the future of our company. As we move out of our "small company" phase and into a period of rapid expansion, we need someone who can design and implement an effective recruitment strategy — while also coaching us on what's worked (and what hasn't) in other growing organizations. This role will be a key contributor to our company's evolution. You'll collaborate directly with leadership to define hiring priorities, structure recruiting workflows, and identify the right people — from entry-level talent to experienced middle managers — who will drive our next chapter of growth. Your impact will go beyond filling roles. You'll help us build a repeatable, scalable hiring model that's grounded in best practices and tailored to our values and culture. Responsibilities and Functions: Develop and lead a company-wide recruitment strategy aligned with our growth trajectory, including hiring at both individual contributor and management levels. Design and implement a structured hiring process — from sourcing to onboarding — that delivers consistency, fairness, and a strong candidate experience. Coach and advise company leadership on hiring best practices, drawing from your professional experience and lessons learned in other scaling environments. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, evaluate talent gaps, and co-create interview plans and decision-making frameworks. Support early work around broader HR structure — especially onboarding and manager enablement — as we scale the team. Languages: English (Level C1: Advanced)
