Realizar una app que consuma un servicio web para descargar un cuestionario (lista de chequeo), este cuestionario debe guardarse local en el celular.
Este cuestionario diariamente debe diligenciarse y guardar los datos localmente y actualizar los datos en el servidor (consumir otro web service) cuando el celular tenga datos.
Permitir notificaciones.
Se necesita el codigo fuente de la app.
