Estoy buscando alguien que pueda hacer un reporte financiero sencillo  de 2 empresas que cotizan en el wall street. Deberá ser en ingles:
Requirements:
1. Select at least two listed firms in the same industry which have financial reporting frauds.
2. The two case companies should cover at least one reporting fraud with current asset(Account receivable, inventory, etc.) And one with non-current asset (for example, fixed asset, intangible asset, etc.). Please describe the reporting fraud with numbers.
3. Please compute financial ratios of the two companies. And compute the financial ratios ifthere was no reporting fraud. Compare the two sets of ratios.
4. Analyze the incentive of the reporting fraud.
5. Please describe the stock market reactions to the disclosure of reporting frauds and analyzethe reasons. (Add links of the news, newspapers, reports, magazines, etc. You reference)
6. Advise the government authorities, auditors, and accounting profession on avoiding thereporting frauds (.add links of the news, newspapers, reports, magazines, etc. you reference)

La idea es mencionar es: Mencionar el problema financiero de las 2 empresas. Mencionar como pueden evitar/solucionar este tema. En el area de auditoria y contabilidad como se vieron afectados. En el area de auditoria y contabilidad como pueden mejorar. Como afecta a nivel nacional e internacional la imagen de la compañía. Como afecta en el value market. y comparar 2 empresas nacionales o internacionales
