2d Animated explainer video 90-120 sec

Animated explainer movie of 120-150 sec.

We are about to launch a web platform for selling and buying semi used cars online and need an animated explanation movie describing the problem of buying cars in Mexico today and what benefits we offer when buying/selling via our platform. 
We are looking for simple animation with simple body moving parts and facial expression.

Basic expectation on workflow:

1.    We give you a draft script text in English of what we your like to have expresses in the movie.
2.    You start with the translation and modification in to a proper voice file in Spanish (Mexican).
3.    Once we are agreed about the voice file we move on to the animation part.
4.    Your work and send me the frame-box script of what to be shown in each section related to the speaking voice. Once we are agreed with this stage your start making the input for the animations and color scheme (object such as cars, persons, houses environments etc)
5.    Once we are agreed about this, your move on with the animation work and music.




Our requirements and expectation:

•    Freelancer taking on this job should be able to show relevant materials/portfolios.
•    You would be able to dedicate the time needed for the job within given time frame and give weekly updates on the progress.
•    The move should be full HD quality
•    You will have to communicate in English on a professional level.
