I need to use the api of a crm/pms system i use for my company's day to day tasks and extract a list of parameters from the api in a certain format.

The final outcome should be a CSV with the requested parameters.
I need a way to automate this process and extract this CSV as often as we need it, upon request and/or automatically refresh the data every day.

I can share the api docs of the specific crm/pms to be used as well as an example of a data set.

Project overview

My company is a vacation rental property management company and I need to extract data relevant to revenue. The CSV will be a list of confirmed reservation for a given time period, with certain reservation data that is needed ( property title, check in, check out, number of guests, number of nights, total amount of the reservation, etc).
