Necesito desarrollar una aplicacion tipo Uber pero para ubicar gruas de la zona.
Tiene quehaber alta de gruas particulares y empresas de gruas.
Los pagos se derivan alas emrpessas de seguros o a las gruas particulares según una logica a determinar, conlo cual a veces se cobra al cliente y avecesno.


Debe controlar la cantidad de servicios pendientes a traves de un webservice y con eso terminar si se cobra el servicio o no.
