Tenho todo o projeto (processo e visual) bem definido, onde o escopo se resume basicamente em:
1) Enviar alertas / informativos aos usuários do App.
2) Receber e autorizar o envio de alertas / informativos dos usuários do App à outros usuários do App.
3) Ter um painel administrativo para:
3.1) Configurar tipos de alertas / informativos por opções selecionadas pelos usuários.


3.2) Receber confirmações sobre os alertas (positivo / negativo).
3.3) Integração com algum tipo de mapa (Google Maps, ...)
