Necesito crear una App que envíe Notificaciones a mi propio celular, no quiero subirla en Andriod y tampoco en ios, la idea es que yo pueda instalar el apk en mi celular y desde alguna forma que usted lo elegirá y me enseñara a como agendar e realizar envíos de notificaciones push a mi mismo "quiero decir a mi propio celular"
