Necesito un app Browser que simule que es una app pero en realidad esta abriendo una aplicacion, son 3 URL pero las requeiro en ambos Sistemas. Y si no detecta internet que salga una leyenda que diga que no hay internet en el disposito para que no salga error en la pagina. Y si la pagina se cae que salga un mensaje que esta en mantenimiento.
