Appointment Setter for Homeowner Lead Conversion - Sales & Marketing

We are seeking highly motivated and persistent Appointment Setters to join our team. The primary goal is to convert exclusive homeowner leads into booked estimates for our contractor clients in the US & Canada. This role is crucial for our new Appointment Setting service, designed to enhance lead conversion for generator installers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly contact new homeowner leads (within 5 minutes of inquiry) via call, text, and email.
- Effectively follow a provided script and communication cadence to engage prospects.
- Qualify potential clients to ensure they meet the criteria for an estimate.
- Schedule and book estimate appointments for our contractor clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system and a shared tracking sheet.

We are looking for individuals who are comfortable with high call volumes and consistent follow-ups. Training on our proven script and cadence will be provided.

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English with a confident and friendly communication style.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Ability to manage high volumes of calls and text-based follow-ups.
- Access to reliable internet and a quiet work environment.
- Strongly preferred for to be located in the CST time zone
- Must be available from 9am to 9pm CST, daily, 7 days per week to call leads when they opt in
