Assistance to Setup a Policy on Aws Lightsail

Hello, I need to setup a policy to let a user access a specific resource (instance on lightsail) I tried and I almost got it, but I having hard time to find the instanceID to provide the correct ARN and create the policy with Json.  Since it is an easy task, we must do it using Meet, Anyone?
