My project involves listening to audio recordings of customer conversations, transcribing them into text, and sorting the dialogues by issue type. The second part of the project involves listening to calls with voice bots, assessing their compliance with our company's quality standards, identifying any deviations, and forwarding them for correction.

Project overview

This is a full remote position that also entails translating from English to Brazilian-Portuguese and voicing the chatbots themselves. While prior experience is not required, I welcome candidates who are keen to learn and grow with us; we aim to evolve into a full-fledged chatbot creator. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Fluent in English and Spanish - Good listening skills - Attention to detail - Willingness to learn - Basic understanding of quality assurance You will receive comprehensive support and training from our team. Manual transcription is required, so proficiency in typing is essential.
