Auto generate Sql procedures for data insertion and merging

I need to load data from hundreds of source tables (e.g: csv files or sql tables) into the data lake staging layer and continue to load the ods layer (insert / merge) where history is preserved (sql temporal tables).  The attached script use UPDATE , I need MERGE instead. This procedure is the template that need to be autogenerated. I am happy to use a table to hopd meta data required , e.g: table list, unique key and any other important configuration.

Contexto general del proyecto

I am designing a data warehouse and need to automate stored procedure generation as there are over 800 tables to ingest and change data capture. This script is what's used for several hundreds of tables already hence need to follow the pattern.
