Project Description:
We are seeking an experienced automation and integration specialist to help us streamline our event management workflow. We host two-day events, and we want to automate the registration process and attendance tracking. Furthermore, we thought about Eventbrite for event creation, Twilio for sending QR codes via WhatsApp, and Zapier/Make for workflow automation.
Tasks Involved:
Event Creation in Eventbrite:
Configure an event to last two days.
Registration Form Customization in Eventbrite:
Customize the registration form to collect name, WhatsApp number, Email, and parent details.
Twilio Setup for WhatsApp:
Configure a WhatsApp Sender in Twilio.
Set up a template for sending QR codes via WhatsApp.
Make/Zapier Workflow:
Create a scenario in Make/Zapier that triggers with each new registration on Eventbrite.
Add an action to send a WhatsApp message through Twilio, including the QR code.
Attendance Tracking:
Implement a solution to scan QR codes at the event and track attendance for both days.
Skills Required:
Expertise in Eventbrite API
Twilio and WhatsApp API
Integromat or similar automation tools
Basic programming skills (optional but recommended)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Deliverables:
A fully functional, automated system that can handle the tasks described.
Documentation on how the system works and how to troubleshoot common issues.
