1.0-Crear rutina/tarea/cron que corra 1 vez cada hora
1.1-Debe consultar de una BD la lista de Servidores a respaldar y la hora específica
1.2-Conectarse a la BD POSTGRES
2-Hacer el DUMP de la BD
3-Enviar el Archivo DUMP a un servidor FTP
4-Actualizar la bitácora, consumir un API enviando un POST de bitácora de la hora de inicio y fin y que base de datos respaldó
