Bilingual (English/Spanish) Telemarketer – Appointment Setter

We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Telemarketer to set appointments for our Merchant Services. This is a fully freelance, remote position offering flexible hours. You will be paid per valid appointment you secure.

Responsibilities:
-Research & Generate Leads: Find and compile your own leads (no lead list provided) using tools like Google, Google Maps, or YellowPages.

-Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential prospects, using both English and Spanish confidently.

-Appointment Setting: Use our provided script (with the freedom to adapt your approach for better results) to schedule appointments with business owners.

-Data Entry: Record all leads and appointments in our provided Excel templates.

-Quality Assurance: Each appointment will be evaluated for validity before payment is released.

Requirements:
-Bilingual Fluency: Must be able to speak and write English and Spanish proficiently.

-Equipment: You must provide your own computer, headset, and reliable internet connection.

-Phone Software: We will provide phone/VOIP software for making calls.

-Telemarketing Experience: Previous experience is a plus, but we also welcome driven individuals looking to build their telemarketing skills.

Compensation:
-Pay Per Appointment: $20 per valid appointment.

-Performance Incentive: $25 per valid appointment if you achieve 10 or more appointments in a single week.

Schedulet:
-Fully Freelance: Work on your own time; however, we recommend making calls Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm (eastern time) for best results.

-All Leads are Cold: Be prepared for prospecting and cold outreach without any pre-warmed or existing lead list.
