Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English Conduct client intake interviews using legal judgment and scripts provided Ask intelligent follow-up questions to qualify leads for habitability or injury cases Schedule consultations, follow up with leads, and move potential clients through the intake pipeline Communicate compassionately and clearly with individuals experiencing trauma, hardship, or injury Handle light admin tasks such as calendar management, email follow-ups, and CRM updates (HubSpot) Coordinate with legal assistants for client documentation and deadlines Translate basic documents and client communications (Spanish–English) Required Skills and Experience: ✅ Fluent in both Spanish and English – spoken and written ✅ Prior experience in law, client service, or intake (especially personal injury or tenant rights) ✅ Excellent customer service tone and sales-driven instincts ✅ Able to screen and qualify leads using legal criteria (we will train you) ✅ Tech-savvy: familiar with Google Drive, Gmail, CRMs like HubSpot, RingCentral, etc. ✅ Fast learner, strong attention to detail, high emotional intelligence ✅ Available full-time (Los Angeles Time) or at least 6 hours overlap Bonus If You Have: Experience working in a law firm or with attorneys Familiarity with U.S. Legal systems – especially tenant rights, immigration, or personal injury law HubSpot CRM or intake software experience Prior experience working with California clients
