This is a Full-Time, Dedicated Role â Not a Side Gig
This is a full-time (30â35 hours/week), ongoing role.
We want someone who can pour their best creative energy into one brand.
If youâre juggling clients or looking for freelance gigs, this isnât the right fit.

Who You Are
A hybrid: part designer, part storyteller, 100% results-driven.
Deeply fluent in what works organically and in paid campaigns.
You live and breathe social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest).
You know the difference between content for discovery vs conversion.
You understand that âprettyâ isnât enough â content should perform.
What Youâll Do
Organic Content
Create short-form videos (Reels/Stories/TikToks) with strong hooks and watch-through value.
Design scroll-stopping graphics for carousels and Pinterest â always strategic and on-brand.
Pitch and develop fresh content ideas aligned with brand goals.
Paid Ad Creatives
Design and edit static and motion creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok ad campaigns.
Optimize visuals, messaging, and CTAs for performance-driven campaigns.
Work closely with the founder to turn b-roll and product stories into high-converting ads.
Weekly Output
Deliver weekly content packages (organic + paid) ready to post or launch.

đš Have a strong design eye and use Canva Pro, Figma, etc. Comfortably (bonus for motion/animation).
đŹ Edit videos in CapCut, VN, Adobe Rush â tool doesnât matter as much as taste, pacing, and storytelling.
đ§ Understand content psychology â what makes people save, share, or click âadd to cart.â
đȘ Are thoughtful about aesthetic strategy â you care about how the feed feels and performs.
đ Are results-focused â you iterate until it works.
đŹ Love honest feedback and improving your own work.
đŒ Have a portfolio that proves you can do both: make it beautiful and make it convert.
Requirements
Min 3+ years experience creating content for brands (not just personal pages)
Proven skill in both graphic design + video editing for IG/TikTok/Pinterest
Experience crafting creatives for paid ads (fb/ig, tiktok, pinterest)
deep understanding of platform trends, best practices, and algorithm updates
fluent english â written and spoken
must be available 30â35 hours/week and not work with other brands or clients if hired
portfolio with performance context (what was the goal, what worked)
bonus if you have:
experience with lifestyle, design, or interior decor brands
e-commerce or dtc ad creative experience
trend forecasting or content planning strengths
