We are seeking an experienced, responsible, and results-driven SEO copywriter to become the new Country Manager of
Financer.com in Brazil.
As a full-time member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire market, creating high-value content, negotiating affiliation deals, and securing backlink deals.
To qualify for this position, you must be a Top performer who can dedicate at least 20 hours per week to our team.

financer.com. Our financial comparison website operates in 23 different markets, with a team of about 50 members located all over the world.
In a nutshell, we do the following:
1. Price comparison. We compare prices for different financial products, such as loans, credit cards, and stock brokers.
2. REVIEWS. We review most of the products and companies in our comparison, for example, lenders and personal finance apps. Visitors can leave reviews too.
3. Financial education. We write guides and articles about personal finances, for example, budgeting, investing, or getting out of debt.
What is the work about
as the country manager for the br market, your primary responsibility is to oversee and grow the market.
You will be responsible for:
— Managing content: Writing new content, optimizing existing content, and ensuring that all content is of high quality
— Affiliate management: Negotiating with existing partners and searching for new affiliate deals to benefit the BR market

The goal is to become the #1 financial platform in each of the countries we operate in, so, in this case, you will be responsible for doing it for the BR market.
Specific Tasks:
As a Country Manager, you will have the following tasks:
— Researching, writing, optimizing content for SEO, and posting it in WordPress (60-70% of your work)
— Building comparisons (tables or between different products) and adding new products to your website
— Building high-quality backlinks to the website
— Managing affiliate relationships and negotiating new deals
— Posting on social media
— Email support for visitors
If you succeed as a Country Manager, you may later evolve into a coo and eventually a ceo of your market, as you hire your own team and your job becomes more focused on leading a team.

How we pay
— a base hourly rate of €15 (can be increased to €20 once 90% of your content is ranking)
— bonus for every new piece of content that receives +100 organic visitors per month
— profit share of up to 12% based on your market
— other milestone-based bonuses
interview process
if you are a good fit, we will have a quick written conversation followed by a video interview.
If the interview goes well, we will send you a paid test task.
The test task includes an article related to the personal finance/loans niche, between 1000 and 2000 words in length, and short feedback to already published content pieces.
The test task will be paid 70 USD (revision included).
If the test task looks good, we will have a final interview with the team leader of the BR market.
