Cambiar idioma en el backoffice de pretashop 1.7

Tengo una tienda online en prestashop 1.7 con dos idiomas, frances y español. En el backoffice tengo el idioma español para que se vea todo el mismo en español, pero me gustaria que cuando se listan los productos o entramos en un producto el idioma por defecto siempre sea el frances el predeterminado.
