List of your responsibilities:
• Monthly and weekly compilation of a map of the  free positions.
• Drawing up instructions for the search and recruitment of personnel.
• Drawing up plans and schedules for hiring employees.
• Conducting interviews.
• Management of subordinates.
• Control of assigned tasks and deadlines for their implementation.
• Interaction with other departments.
• Drawing up reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Drawing up a recruiting strategy.
• Proposal of innovations for implementation in work processes.
