Tenemos una plataforma tipo erp que funciona 100% en la nube desarrollada en php 7.1 sobre base de datos MySQL 5.6 y necesitamos agregar un módulo que conecte todos los chats mencionados en 1 solo y permita tener varios agentes atendiendo la cola de chats.
Una vez que un agente toma el chat de alguien este debe desaparecer a los demás agentes.
Debe ser responsive y si requiere uso de base de datos debe ser con MySQL 5.6.


La forma de hacer el desarrollo debe permitir integrarse con nuestro ERP sea como clase u libreria.
