Amplifi is a fast-growing, veteran-led platform helping political campaigns, nonprofits, and advocacy organizations connect with supporters through mass texting, email, and automation. Our team has over 15 years of experience in digital outreach, and we pride ourselves on offering hands-on, full-service support to every client.

We’re looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) who’s passionate about helping clients win. You’ll guide new accounts after they sign up, help them launch successful outreach campaigns, and ensure they get maximum value from the Amplifi platform.

🧰 What You’ll Do:
    â€¢    Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients after onboarding
    â€¢    Provide hands-on support with campaign setup, list imports, and messaging strategy
    â€¢    Use Intercom to manage client communication and support tickets
    â€¢    Monitor campaign performance and proactively suggest improvements
    â€¢    Conduct training sessions to help clients learn the platform and best practices
    â€¢    Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to ensure a seamless client experience
    â€¢    Track engagement, resolve issues quickly, and work to retain and grow accounts

🧠 What You Bring:
    â€¢    2+ years of experience in a client success, account management, or support role
    â€¢    Familiarity with Intercom (or similar client communication tools)
    â€¢    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    â€¢    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    â€¢    Comfort working with CRMs, marketing tools, and basic reporting dashboards
    â€¢    Experience in political tech, nonprofit, SaaS, or advocacy campaigns a strong plus
    â€¢    Self-motivated, proactive, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment
