Hello, I want to create a platform (web app) where people can connect with each other in order to be cofounders of a new business.
There are already platforms like this in other markets, i am looking to something like starthawk.io

There would be 2 types of users: one with an idea looking for a cofounder and other who doesnt have an idea but want to be a cofounder of an entrepreneurship.

They should be abe to connect according to search parameters specific to each one's profile.

The idea is that they can interact within the web application, by chat or videoconference if possible.

The business model is a freemium model, where the platform allows just some interactions between users (chatting, add contacts, advance search, etc), once the user make use of a certian number of interactions, they have to pay to keep interacting

I have already done the wireframe and I have a logo, landing and brand identity, I only need the development of the application (web app) and ideally a maintenance proposal.
