job title: sales representative

role: an experienced sales representative to help us sell our products and services to customers. The sales representative will be responsible for using their knowledge of company products or services to connect with consumers and generate sales. Duties will include developing sales pitches to sell products or services, making cold calls to sales leads or taking calls from prospective customers and maintaining documentation of their sales like invoices or client contracts. Responding to customer complaints and questions, making sure orders are processed on time and scheduling sales meetings and appointments.

Job Responsibilities:

Be knowledgeable about the product
Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
Answer questions about the products
Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
Compile daily lists of leads and delegating them to sales team associates
Maintain an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals
Handle all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings
Provide assistance to management team members and executives as needed
Perform data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data
Create and processing sales in a timely manner
Report any unusual activity to supervisors Skills and Qualifications
3-5 years in sales with a service company
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
Personal integrity
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
Strong organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
