We are an online games site and we are about to launch. For that matter, we will be needing a community manager.

Given the general socail media strategy we expect this person to:
- Plan two weeks in advanced posts at Facebook, Google plus, twitter and pinterest.
- Be creative and manage online tools to produce text and graphic posts
- Answer and interact with fans and followers
- Be proactive in asking content and give new ideas to engage people
- Provide full reports every two weeks

You will be in touch with the DirCom of the company on a weekly base to check and report your work.
