We require a skilled professional to conduct thorough Quality Assurance (qa) testing for an existing erp management system and its accompanying mobile application for students. The scope of work includes: 1. Performing comprehensive functional and non-functional testing across both the ERP system and the mobile app. 2. Identifying, documenting, and reporting all bugs, errors, and inconsistencies found during the testing process. 3. Mapping out the complete functionality and workflows of both the ERP system and the mobile application. 4. Creating detailed user manuals and technical documentation for all aspects of the system. 5. Providing clear and structured reports on testing outcomes and documentation progress. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in both software testing and technical writing for complex systems.
