Scope of Work includes:
Website Rebuild: Rebuilding the entire existing platform with a modern architecture, ensuring a cleaner codebase and improved maintainability for future development.
Visual Identity Redesign: Creating a more sophisticated and consistent visual identity. This will involve refining typography, color palettes, layouts, and other key design elements to enhance the brand's aesthetic.
ui/ux enhancement: improving navigation, optimizing page layouts, and enhancing profile listings and detail pages to deliver a smoother, more intuitive, and engaging user experience.
Responsive Design: Implementing a fully responsive design to ensure seamless and optimal experiences across all devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
Functionality Improvements: Reviewing and enhancing existing features, interactions, and user flows. This also includes identifying and implementing opportunities for new capabilities to enrich the platform.
Performance Optimization: Focusing on improving loading speed, overall responsiveness, and general website performance to provide a superior user experience.
Scalability and Maintainability: Establishing a flexible and robust technical foundation that supports future enhancements, integrations, and ongoing development efforts.

We aim to transform this aging platform into a polished, scalable digital experience with a distinctive visual identity, significantly improved usability, and a stronger, more adaptable technical foundation.
