Conexión Beetailer con Shopify

Tenemos un sitio de ecommerce de Shopify insertado en un TAB de Facebook. Usamos Beetailer para hacer mejor la experiencia visual de la tienda pero estamos teniendo problemas para que lea el carro de compras entre Beetailer y Shopify, cuando el usuario procede a pagar el carro sale vacio. Necesitamos ayuda inmediata para solucionar este problema.
La tienda ya fue aprobada por Facebook y los inventarios subidos a Shopify. Ya tenemos la pasarela con Payu integrada tambien.
