Preciso transcodificar 80 canais que esta em mpegts para para h265 (hevc) em córregos hls, isso feito em um servidor local, e preciso mandar esses córregos para um servidor cloud ja transcodificados.

Resolucao: 720p (com audio)
bitrate: 800kbps
Converter MPEGTS para H265(HEVC) Formato HLS (m3u8) salvando os córregos no servidor cloud

Jô criei dois projetos da mesma forma e sites diferentes e não obtive sucesso, todos começam e depois desistem, então preciso que a pessoa que esteja interessada faca um teste antes, converte somente um canal que esta em h264 rtsp para h265(HEVC) para hls.

So se habilite as pessoas que realmente sabem fazer, sem aventureiros.
