Cuento con una plataforma web creada en Joomla, cuenta con sistema appweb de reserva y pago, creación de grupos y eventos, desarrollado en PHP puro.  Necesito convertirla en una App para sistema Android y IOS.

Preferiblemente que el freelancer tenga ubicación en Panamá.
