Se necesita realizar una libreria con los comandos APDU para leer los datos de la tarjeta de Crédito con las especificaciones EMVco (www.emvco.com), el proyecto esta dividido en 3 fases, la fase inicial es con los comandos principales(select APP, GPO, Generateac) y emular la tarjeta con un documento XML (para efectos de pruebas)
