Create Ekyc verification system to verify Government-issued Documents

We are a Malaysia-based company looking for a person or team with technical know-hows to build a document verification system that would integrate into our existing eKYC system / flow.

With the input of an image, the module is expected to:
1. Verify that the image is indeed a government-issued identity card, driving license, or passport
2. Verify that the image is undoctored and genuine
3.
Verify that the image is physically present (not taken from photo / other device)
4. Verify that the image is clear enough for data extraction purpose
4. Be able to extract:
  - the country of origin
  - the type of document (identity card, driving license, or passport)
  - the name of the person
  - the expiry date of the document (if present)
  - the birth date of the person (if present)
  - the address of the person

The module must be flexible enough to integrate additional validation modules to apply country-specific validations on the image to verify that the security features of the document implemented by the origin country is present.
