Boa tarde, estou precisando de um programa onde eu posso mandar o instalador pro cliente que tem o celular , ele aceita e  cria um usuário e senha instala o software, e caso ele descumpra o contrato cmg, eu consigo bloquear o celular total dele, de uma forma que ele não consiga usar. 
Mas eu tendo a opção de desbloquear do meu aparelho ou Pc.
