We are seeking a skilled Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Landing Page Specialist to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be to build and optimize service-specific, location-targeted landing pages with the goal of significantly improving conversion rates.
The specialist will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing high-converting landing pages.
- Implementing and managing A/B tests for various page elements, including layouts, calls-to-action (CTAs), and form designs.
- Analyzing test results and user behavior data to identify areas for improvement.
- Working closely with our ads expert to ensure landing page performance aligns with advertising campaigns and contributes to improving Cost Per Lead (CPL) and overall lead quality.
- Continuously monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to landing page performance and conversion rates.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRO principles, A/B testing methodologies, and experience in creating landing pages optimized for lead generation. Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms for landing page building, testing, and analytics is required.
