In-House Logistics Mobile Application Mobile App Design & Feature Requirements - Modular Mobile App For iOS & Android - Easy-Navigate & Creative ui/ux design & development - mobile app is usable in various types of mobile smartphone models - single language - english main mobile app and dashboard modules 1. User Mobile App 2. Driver Mobile App 3. Super-admin Dashboard (Web Base) (1) User App Module Overview: - User Sign Up and Sign In Feature - User Login & Logout Feature - Forget Password Feature - Customer Profile Setup - Home Page Banner - Auto Detect Location Feature - Delivery Type Selection Feature : Customer able to select normal delivery or home mover - Item Delivery Feature : Customer able to select single shipments or multi shipments. : Customer able to select the vehicle type, provide a description of the delivery item. : Customer able to view the price. - Home Moving Order Feature : Customer able to book for home moving. : Customer can input details like moving address (Moving From and Moving To) and the date of moving. : Customers can opt for additional manpower and wrapping service if needed. : Customer has to input the list of items to be moved : Customer able view the pricing. - Order Status Feature : Customer able to view each of the order status (Pending, Process, On Route, Complete, Cancelled). - Order History Feature : Customer able to view the order history : Customer able to download the payment receipt - Payment Method Feature : Customer able to select pay by bank transfer/ TNG/ etc. : E-wallet feature : Coupon feature (2) Driver App Module Overview: - Driver Sign Up and Sign In Feature : Drivers need to upload identity card (IC), license, road tax, car insurance and select type of vehicle and upload photo of vehicle (font, back and side images) during the registration. : Driver only can view orders after application is approve by the admin. - E-Wallet Feature : Driver wallet must have credit in order to accept order. - Item Order Feature : Driver able to view all the orders and can choose to accept or reject the order. : Driver able to view the distance from their current place to the pick up points and the estimate time need to be taken to sent the items to drop off points. * Driver able to cancel the order if the size of the item is not suitable with the vehicle type that customer select (For example, customer select motorcycle to deliver a 10kg box, then driver can cancel the order). - Home Moving Order Feature : Drivers can view all available home moving orders and choose to accept or reject them. : Driver able to view the distance between Point A and Point B. : Drivers can view the list of items to be moved. - Take Photo Feature : Drivers need to take picture when pick up and drop off items. - In-App Call Feature : Driver able to call customer, after driver is accept the order. - Income Statistic Feature : Driver able to view their daily, weekly and monthly earnings. 3) Super-admin Dashboard (Web Base) Feature Overview: - Customer Management : Admin able to view all the customer details and orders. - Driver Management : Admin able to view all the driver details. : Admin able to view the new driver application and do the approval. - Vehicle Type Management - Item Delivery Management : Admin able to set the delivery charges based on the distance and vehicle type. - Item Order Management : Admin able to check all the order status (Pending, Process, On Route, Complete, Cancelled) - Home Moving Management : Admin able to set the charges for home moving. : Admin able to set the charges for additional manpower. - Home Moving Item Management : Admin able to set the category and sub-category for the item list. (For example, Category - Furniture, Sub-category - Sofa) - Home Moving Order Management : Admin able to set the home moving charges based on the distance and vehicle type. : Admin able to check all the order status (Pending, Process, On Route, Complete, Cancelled). - Coupon Management - Referral Program Management Admin able to set the benefits of the referral program. - Reports Management : Admin able to view the revenue, earning for each driver and etc. Integration with Paypal and local payment gateway in Malaysia will be provided later
