App de Trivia con streaming de video

Necesitamos realizar una App en una primera instancia para Android y luego para IOS.
Consiste en una trivia que se "transmite" diariamente entre las 21Hs y las 21:15Hs con un formato televisivo en donde el usuario de la App puede responder un multiple choice para ir avanzando y ganar el premio diario.
La App tiene que integrar el video (en tiempo real)  con las preguntas y respuestas y validar los resultados de las mismas.
Tenemos resuelto el upload del video y se proveerá un SDK para recibir el video en la App.
