Se necesita crear un una libreria en c++ mandatorio que sea con VS2013/2015 que sea capaz de leer todos los datos del chip la tarjeta de Credito o Débito, (contacto o contactless) cumpliendo con las especificaciones EMVCO, puedo adjuntar un ejemplo de algo que ya esta hecho y puede ser muy util, si se lo podría realizar en C# tambien es aceptado
