This project has 2 main blocks:

- First block: desktop application that will manage folders and excel and word files. After installing the software (.exe), this will install a group of folders and files in the computer. During the installation process, some data will be inserted and this data will be automatically inserted in all the files (project data, company data etc.)
. The software will also be tthe tool to create or delete files within the fodlers. Codes will be generated for the file names. Some restrictions will need to be applied, like limited number of users, user passwords etc..
. 
- Second block: this block is a second level block and manages (through excel macros) the files individually. It also transfers information from one excel spreadsheet (forms) to antoher excel spreadsheets (project dcouments).

It is requested someone with high level of Excel macros programming.
