Develop Ai Agent and Crm Integration for Sales Automation

We are seeking a skilled freelancer or team to develop and integrate an AI Agent with our CRM system to automate and enhance our sales process. We currently receive 60-100 weekly leads via Meta (primarily WhatsApp Business) and use Kommo CRM with a basic bot. Our goal is to significantly increase our monthly closure rate from the current <10% to 10-15 closures.

The project requires a comprehensive solution capable of:

Complete Lead Processing:
- Handling and processing various communication formats including texts, audios, and files.
- Implementing automatic transcription for audio messages and calls.
- Developing document understanding capabilities to extract information from files like electricity bills, PDFs, and images.

Key Integrations:
- Integrating an AI agent with WhatsApp Business (note: this should be done without relying on the official WhatsApp Business API if possible, as per the original request, although alternative secure methods should be proposed).
- Seamless integration with Kommo crm or a proposed alternative crm system.
- Connecting to a Google Sheets database for data storage and history.

Data Management:
- Collecting essential client data including name, email, address, phone, electricity bill details, consumption, and client type.
- Maintaining a complete history of interactions and data within the Google Sheets database.

Automated Quotation System:
- Filtering leads based on consumption data.
- Generating personalized PDF quotations from existing Word templates.
- Automating the delivery of quotations via WhatsApp and email.
- Facilitating automated requests for video calls.

Smart Follow-up System:
- Implementing a follow-up sequence every 2-3 days.
- Sending stage-based messages tailored to the lead's position in the sales funnel.
- Providing alerts for potential lead loss.
- Automating scheduling of follow-up activities in Google Calendar.
