Necesitamos un técnico que nos ayude armar la infra en Azure. Pretendemos el uso de herramientas como Terraform que nos permita escribir  el codigo que levante la infra y vincularlo a nuestro repo Github. Crear el Pipeline de ci/cd para los distintos  ambiente y gestionar el repositorio de codigo.
Aportar conocimiento de Java con spring framework, no excluyente
En azure hay otras herramientas nativas pero preferimos que sea independiente de la plataforma,  nativa ejemplo Azure bíceps
Otras Terraform, ansible, etc
Dentro de github , experiencia con gradle, maven, github actions
Observabilidad, alguno de los siguientes:  Open telemetry, Prometheus, grafana, newrelic, datadog, graylog y/o similares provistos por azure
