About us
Skillotrade.com is a new go-to platform for startups and early-stage founders for trading skills and getting stuff done together! It is based on the idea of having a barter system where no cash is involved between the parties involved. As a platform, Skillotrade offers its users potential trading partners from all over the world. The startup world of today is very intricate yet dynamic, thus opportunities always rise for new jobs that need to be done.
Startups themselves are composed of highly-skilled team members who can often times spare a few hours of work for someone else to get something done in return. As such our platform helps traders connect with each other for a win-win deal.

About you
We are looking for a confident and creative marketing person to join us at this stage. The digital marketer will drive development and execution of a marketing strategy for the new platform.

Requirements:
Relevant degree (Marketing preferred)
A creative and analytical marketing person
Have a broad interest in the startup world
Be self-motivated and work independently in a remote team
Relevant work experience
In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies (social etc.)
Google Adwords & SEO knowledge is a plus.
Graphic design is a plus.
Fluent in English. Additional languages a plus!

Your role
Your main mission will be to develop a marketing strategy for Skillotrade and execute this. You will be given lots of flexibility to take the platform to new heights thus driving the brand forward.
As a marketing person you will partake in building the marketing engine from the ground upwards, this includes getting more markets aware of Skillotrade and maximizing our efforts across various channels. Tasks could involve developing marketing campaigns, developing social media communities through channels such as Instagram, Twitter and engaging in off-line marketing efforts for example. The more creative the better!
