We need an android/iOS app.
There will be a lot or rider that will drive the customers car when they need. (For example when they are drunk after disco and can't drive their car).
The customer log in to the app and call the closer rider (look for him by gps position).
The driver will go to the customer with a bike, than the rider will drive the customer car and drive him to home.
The app will need of user interface, administrator interface, driver interface and a payment page.
The driver will have a trust score  given by users.
