Tengo un proyecto sobre el desarrollo de un sistema de gobierno libre, necesito una página web en la que se explique el funcionamiento del proyecto y los usuarios puedan realizar distintas actividades en ella.

Actualmente tengo publicadas unas páginas planas donde detallo el proyecto y algo más que eso y me gustaría que permanecieran a modo informativo, el sitio puede tener la estructura que el profesional considere más adecuada, es importante el conocimiento en blockchain y otras tecnologías que se puedan aplicar para que el funcionamiento del sitio tenga mayor alcance y desempeño.
