Use Django+python to do the application.
Should deploy the application in cloud server for testing, only pass testing the it can be accepted.


Should help me to deploy it in my cloud server, and help me to maintain the system at least one month to ensure it no problem.

Other roles needed This is a system base on cloud server, total have 5 kinds of accounts, Super Admin account, Admin account, User account, Tester account, Information service account. The main functions are: 1. User buy a hardware from the Admin, then The User can login in anywhere in anytime to get the information from this system to use the hardware in the future. 2. User also can sell his hardware to other user. 3. all Users can add friends each other and chat each other, only need chat in text and send attachment. 4. other functions will have a detail document to explain. 5. User need know how to design a good user interface. It can meet all kinds of device. At least need three language, English, Spanish and Chinese. Attach part specification just for basic to understand my project, the details specification only provided to the selected one, and the finally requirement is depend on the detail specification.
