OBJETIVOS

1) Enviar desde mi aplicacion de escritorio un importe a un POSNET y que éste lo procese el pago y devuelva los datos del mismo a mi aplicacion.
2) Lo mismo pero con lapos

requerimiento
-----------------------
mi idea es tener un exe (x ejem. POSNET.EXE) en segundo plano que sea de intermediario.
La aplicacion de escritorio llamará a posnet.exe pasandole por COMMAND el importe,
el posnet.exe se encargará de la comunicacion con el equipo (de ida y de vuelta) dejando
como novedad en un TXT los datos del pago procesado
