Tenho um servidor Elastix 4 e com 3 dongles no chan_dongle com sim card de operadora local (sercomtel) e gostaria de criar algo estilo o locasms.

Preciso subir o arquivo csv ou xls com o os nomes/numeros e fazer os agendamentos dos envios.

Os envios só poderão ser feitos em horário programado e alternando entre os dongles disponíveis.

Esse mesmo envio precisamos realizar também com o WhatsApp , ou seja , a pessoa vai receber um SMS e mais uma mensagem no WhatsApp.
