involucra que podamos leer varios correos entrantes y determinar que tipo de solicitud están realizando
- si es un problema, canalizarlo a soporte
- si es una vacante, canalizarlo a RH
- si es una consulta, canalizarlo a operaciones
- si es un reclamo, canalizarlo con atención a clientes.

Y así..
Queríamos probar Msft Cognitive Services para poder
- determinar las entidades y relaciones de lo que se habla en el correo y poder canalizar al área correspondiente y enviar algunas respuestas de forma predeterminada

Haríamos esto en combinación de Power Automate para leer la bandeja de correo y pasarlo al servicio de AI de Msft.
