Excel sheet formula

I need an Excel sheet to calculate the time spent by my team on travelling missions. I have an extraction done every month from Outlook calendar with the following information.
Object
Place
Start Date
End Date
Category (type of event)
Mandatory Participant
Based on that information, I wish to have calculated at the end of the month:
How much the person one has been on event type 1, 2,3 ... Person two at the event type 1,2,3... Also, to calculate the percentage of type of event spend by each person.
Calculate the percentage of Type of event.
Calculate the time the Events have been held on the countries (I need to be able to rate which countries have gotten the most events.
