Experienced Adobe Indesign Specialist Needed for Management Proposal Template Update

We are seeking an experienced freelancer proficient in Adobe InDesign to update an existing management proposal template for a single property. This is not a design-from-scratch project; the template, branding, and layout are already established. The primary task involves updating specific pages with new property information, utilizing an existing InDesign file and an Excel underwriting model.

Scope of Work includes:

Cover Page:
- Update the property name.
- Replace the cover image.
- Update the city and state.

Page 2 - Introduction:
- Update the proposal date.
- Update the property name throughout the page.
- Update the management fee percentage.
- Update the monthly minimum fee (specific information will be provided).

Section 2 - Income & Expenses:
- Update property name.
- Update unit count.
- Update unit mix.
- Update city.
- Insert the provided 'Current Rent Levels' text.
- Populate the rent table using data from the Excel underwriting model.

Financial Tables (Pages 6-7):
- Replace all financial line items with data from the underwriting model.
- Update descriptions (e.g., Payroll, Taxes, Insurance).
- Format negative numbers correctly using parentheses.
- Remove the second property's information if it is not applicable.

All other pages are standard and do not require any edits. The successful freelancer will be provided with the existing Adobe InDesign template, the Excel underwriting model, detailed property information, and the property website for photo selection if needed. Deliverables include the updated InDesign file and a print-ready PDF.
